Hey! I’m Maddie.
A girl who loves a good HEA with some killer spice along the way.
 
On an average day, I can be found curled up with my dogs and a romance book, or else at my computer, trying to get these ideas out of my head and onto paper where I hope others will love reading about them as much as I loved bringing them to life.
 
Most of my books are about normal people like you and me who have to overcome some internal barriers and fight their own demons to make it to their own HEA. I’m also on a mission to abolish the unnecessary third act breakup (at least from my own stories). 
 
My books are pretty different, one to the next, because I really try to stay true to each character; their voice, their taste, their style. To me, they are real ass people, and I tell their stories the way they come to me, not necessarily how I wish it would go. 
 
You can expect to find some degree of toxic in each of my characters, and all of my books are for mature readers only. (Don’t go looking for role models in my books, please and thank you. I write fiction, not self-help.) 
 
Some are sweeter, some are darker, some are slow burn, some aren’t. While all of my books are full of humor and spice, many are also hard hitting emotionally. Some of my characters’ spice is more wholesome, some is a little raunchier, I really try to stay true to the characters when I tell their stories. Hopefully, you find enough familiarity in my writing style between books to find each story and each main character loveable, one to the next, with each one being distinctly their own story and identity at the same time. One thing you might see as a common thread throughout most of my works is the importance of music. It’s been the love of my life since I can remember, and a lot of my characters are pretty obsessed with it, too. 
 
I’m often writing several books at once, so which one gets done and published first is a matter of which characters take over my attention the loudest and demand to be finished first. 

I’ve spent the last 2+ years reading and writing basically full time, and I have more than 30 books in the works. My first two debut novels came out in December of 2023, but fun fact: The book I finished first was actually Always My Forever. Due to the toxicity between those characters, it took extra work in the editing department, so it wasn't able to be published with the others, as originally planned. 

I have a lot of manuscripts in creation right now, at various stages across the boards, and I hope to bring you a lot of characters to fall for and stories to root for throughout 2024 and beyond. Thanks for reading my books and giving me and my dream a chance!
